Office Manager – 27/hr. + – Exempt position – Full Benefits

A true business partner overseeing inventory management; customer service management from purchase orders, Changes/Requests, Customer service satisfaction, Coordinating logistics for finished goods; Inside sales; Costing models; Financial period & fiscal year end reporting of financial statements; A/P and A/R function processing; HR liaison; Federal and State reporting. Reports to Plant Manager.

  • Prior Manufacturing Experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in financial Reporting or Business Administration.
  • A minimum 5 years of related experience.
  • Must have proven experiences creating a P&L, analyzing them, providing long term goals for the organization success, and other financial statements for period end and closing out the fiscal year.  Must have this to be considered! 
  • Team player who believes in servant leadership a must!
